Olivier Chiappone was born in 1974, raised in Marseille and was first introduced to the world of photography by his uncle, Silvano Ippoliti, who was a great photographer and director of photography at Cinecittà. During school, Olivier spent most of his summers working on the set of feature films all over the world. In turn, this experience has fueled his inspiration towards fashion photography, cultivating most of his ideas from films

Olivier graduated from the University of Marseille and cluses and studied industry productions and mathematics with an emphasis in helicopter.

Olivier Chiappone est né en 1974, a grandi à Marseille et a découvert pour la première fois le monde de la photographie par le biais de son oncle, Silvano Ippoliti, qui était un très grand photographe et directeur de la photographie à Cinecittà. Au cours de sa scolarité, Olivier a passé la plupart de ses étés à travailler sur les films de long métrage dans le monde entier. À son tour, cette expérience a nourri son inspiration vers la photographie de mode, en cultivant la plupart de ses idées des films.

Olivier est diplômé de l'Université de Marseille et Cluses et a étudié la production industrielle et les mathématiques avec une spécialisation hélicoptère.
